Traffic Nets
Some changes have been made at NC9IL for the 3rd Saturday check in between 1030 and 1115.
Different equipment is being used. This should eliminate the problems of the last 2 nets. 
Check ins will be called by zones (1,2,3) as listed in the new Illinois ARES/AUXCOMM Incident Operating Practices plan.

The September net is moved to the fourth Saturday which is 9/28/24.
This was done to allow operators to attend the Illinois Section Convention at Chillicothe on the third Saturday.
